- You need of Basmati rice.
- You need of Whole cumin.
- Prepare of Whole coriander.
- You need leaf of Bay.
- It's of Chillies chopped.

Chicken Biryani step by step
- Start by soaking your rice for about 30 minutes drain and boil it together with whole cloves black pepper bay leaves cardamom and chillies till it’s 80% cooked drain Bd set aside.
- For the marinade in a bowl add chopped tomatoes yoghurt half of the fried onions garam masala turmeric chili powder paprika ginger garlic paste black pepper seasoning cube salt whisk add the chicken cover with cling film and allow it to marinade for at least 3 hours preferably over night.
- Wash feel and cut your potatoes in to cubes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes till soft set aside; now add ghee/oil and add cinnamon sticks, cardamom, cloves, blackpepper,the marinated chicken together with the remaining marinade and cook over medium heat till the chicken is soft and oil separates from the sauce taste and adjust seasonings.
- Add your potatoes, sprinkle chopped parsley and mint leaves add the cooked rice and spread it evenly next add fried onions and more parsley cover tightly and allow it to steam for 10 minutes. Stir gently and serve.
- Garnish with more fried onions, boiled egg and mint leaves.
