- Prepare 750 gram of raw chicken pieces.
- You need 1 of onion cut in thin slices.
- You need 4 of _6 chopped garlic cloves.
- Prepare 6-8 of chopped tomatoes.
- You need 12-15 of cashews.
- Prepare 2 of green chilies.
- You need to taste of salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 2 tsp of Shahi paneer masala (SDS).
- It's 1 tsp of garam masala.
- You need 1/2 cup of fresh cream.
- You need 1 tbsp of butter.
- Prepare leaves of few coriander.
Butter Chicken step by step
- In a grinder add cashews, chopped tomatoes,garlic cloves,green chillies & thin slices of onion.Grind to make a smooth paste..
- Wash & rinse the chicken pieces with fresh water for 2_3 times..
- Pour butter in a karahi.When it heat,add tomato paste in it & cook on the low flame till.oil spreads from corners..
- Now add salt,red chilli powder & shahi paneer masala,mix well.add fresh cream & mix well..
- Add chicken pieces & mix well..
- Cover the karahi & cook on the low flame, Don't add water.In between check with the knife if chicken is properly cooked or not.If need add little water..
- When it is ready,put it in the seving bowl & garnish with coriander leaves..
- Serve hot with naan,onions & green chutney..
