Ingredients of Shawarma Chicken Basmati
- It's 4-6 of Skinless/deboned, chicken thighs.
- You need 6 tbl of Shawarma spice.
- You need 1 tbl of Sumac.
- Prepare 2 tbl of cooking oil.
- It's 4-6 pinches of Coarse sea salt.
- It's 1 tbl of powdered garlic.
- Prepare 1 cup of chopped Bell Pepper/Onion (mixed).
- Prepare of 1 Cup Basmati Rice (Cooked).
