Now take a broad thick bottomed pan first spread the cooked rice and put on spread the chicken mixture then spread the fried onion and fresh mint leaf again spread the cooked rice then spread the desi ghee, saffron mix milk,then again spread the chicken mixture repeat layer 3 time remaining last layer ie ur rice agin spread the desi ghee,saffron milk, and sprinkle the fried onion cover the aluminum foil or lid and cook the 10 min on lower flame.....
