- Prepare 1/2 spoon of Degi mirch.
- You need of Salt as taste.
- You need 1/4 cup of fresh cream.
Chicken Biryani step by step
- First take a pan put 1 spoon oil and add jeera when it starts tempering put all khade masale and add 2 bowls water and rice when it comes to boil sim the gas and cover it with lid till rice soaks all the water after that switch off the gas.
- Now take a wok and put oil in it then add onions saute it for 2 min then add beans carrots tomatoes it saute it for 10 min on medium flame after that add salt degi mirch biryani masla garam masala in it mix it properly when it leaves the sides add beaten curd in it mix it properly.
- After 5 min add chicken in it and mix it now add cream in it nad chicken masala in it and mix it properly now cover it with lid for 10 min on medium flame.
- After that add butter in it and mix it again cover it for 10 min.
- Now take wgg cut it and beat it add some salt and chilli in it mix it and make a omelette.
- Now crush the omelette and add in chicken.
- Now add all rice in it and mix it and cover with lid for 5 mi for medium flame than switch off the gas.
